Inhale to expand and grow: Exhale to release and let go.  

This is an all levels class that emphasizes bodies moving in coordination to their breath.

 

In this practice you will discover your bodies natural rhythms, impulses, and comfort zones. It is a muscular activating practice that will strengthen and tone the muscles and mind.

 

This class will build into an Asana (Posture) flow with with the support and guidance of your Prana (breath) that creates clarity, confidence, and promotes vitality. Props encouraged to use throughout this practice include two blocks and a strap.
